Poland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej dla zadania pn.: " Odtwarzanie zbiorników retencyjnych w leśnictwie Wielkie Oczy oraz Przebudowy przepustu na mostek na drodze leśnej nr inw. 220/1139" w ramach projektu pn. „Kompleksowy projekt adaptacji lasów i leśnictwa do zmian klimatu – mała retencja oraz przeciwdziałanie erozji wodnej na terenach górskich – kontynuacja (MRG3)”

The subject of the contract is the design, obtaining all the legally required consents and permits necessary to obtain a building permit and start construction works, carrying out a natural inventory before the start of construction works and after their completion for the task "Restoration of retention ponds in the Wielkie Oczy Forest District and reconstruction of the culvert on the forest road No. inv. 220/1139": 1.1 "Restoration of retention ponds in the Wielkie Oczy Forest District" with the following parameters: The subject of the implementation is the restoration of retention ponds with a total area of approximately 3.0 ha, including the construction of earth dams and hydrotechnical facilities, including 5 emergency overflows. Basic parameters of 5 ponds - total area: approx. 3.0 ha (30,000 m²) - average depth: 1.2 m - total retention capacity: min. 28,000 m³ - Total length of 5 dams with a crown width of 2-3 m: approx. 270 m (5 sections), The scope of earthworks includes: - shaping the pond basin, including profiling the pond bottom and internal and external slopes, - construction of earth dams, - construction of 5 overflows/weirs. The pond bottom will remain partially in its current form and shape, and partially, as described above, it may be deepened to obtain material for the construction of earth dams. The following depth variations have been adopted: - shoreline zone: 0.3–0.8 m, - middle zone: 0.5–1.0 m, - deep zone: up to approx. 2.0 m. Slope of slopes: internal slopes: 1:2 to 1:5, Earth dams - The construction of five dams with a total length of approx. 270 m is planned. Parameters: - crown width: 3.0–4.0 m, - height: approx. 2.0 m, - slope of slopes: 1:2 -1:3. The dams will be constructed from mineral soils, excavated from the pond basin and compacted in layers. In the event of the presence of permeable soils, the construction of a sealing core from cohesive soils is envisaged. Overflow/weirs In order to ensure hydrological safety, 5 overflows/weirs have been designed, allowing for constant water flow – maintaining constant flow and draining excess water. Earthworks balance The volume of earthworks related to the formation of the pond basin is: Volume of embankments (dams) Assuming an average cross-sectional area of the dam of approx. 9.0 m²: V ≈ 270 m × 9.0 m² = 2,430 m³ Taking into account technological losses and compaction: ≈ 2,500 – 3,000 m³ Summary of the balance of excavation volumes: 2,500 – 3,000 m³ volume of embankments: approx. 2,500 – 3,000 m³ excess spoil: 0 m³ Disposal of spoil All spoil will be used on the investment site for: construction of dams, shaping of slopes, levelling of the terrain. It is estimated that 100% of the spoil will be used on site. All design solutions will require ongoing acceptance by the client. 1.2. The subject of the planned undertaking is the reconstruction of the existing culvert - on the forest road No. inv. 220/1139 in the Wielkie Oczy Forest District, The scope of the works will include in particular: a) demolition of the existing culvert with concrete pipes and headwalls b) construction of a new bridge structure - a steel span with a corrugated sheet construction, c) construction of headwall reinforcement in the form of a stone pitch, d) reconstruction of accesses with a bituminous surface on the object and before and after the object with a total length of approximately 100 m. The width of the bridge should ensure the construction of a surface on the bridge with a width of min. 3.5 m and verges of 2 x 1.5 m, and its clearance will result from the calculations and agreements with the water administrator and the obtained water permit. All design solutions will require ongoing acceptance by the client. 2) The obligations of the Contractor include, among others: 2.1. Development of the concept of design solutions and determination of the possibility of obtaining technical parameters on the basis of documents received from the client, 2.2. Carrying out geological surveys for the entire area of the planned investment, 2.3. Reconnaissance of soil and water conditions, particularly taking into account the occurrence of peat deposits with consideration of the presence of animal species such as beavers and otters. 2.3. Submission for acceptance by the client of the project concept described in point 2.1. 2.4. After acceptance of the design solutions by the Client, preparation of technical documentation in order to obtain: • Notification of the conduct of activities/decision determining the conditions for the conduct of activities – art. 118 UoP • Water permit (by obtaining a water permit or accepting a water permit application or notifying the authority – art. 395a.) • Building permit, • Natural inventory, in an area up to 100 m from the boundary of the implemented object, taking into account protected habitats, protected plant sites and places of occurrence of protected amphibian and bird species before starting construction works and submission of 1 copy to the Client (The documentation should contain at least 3 photographs of the area covered by the inventory). • In the event of the discovery in the natural inventory of protected animal, plant and fungal species – deviations from the prohibitions indicated in the Nature Conservation Act – Art. 56 2.5. The Contractor will transfer to the Client all decisions obtained - before they become final -, agreements and designs (copies or originals) within 3 days of the date of their obtaining for the purpose of submitting any comments on their content. 2.6. The Contractor will transfer to the Client: • All final decisions, permits and documents described in point 2.4. • Project documentation in paper form (2 copies) and electronic form in the format in which the documents were prepared and additionally in .pdf format together with the final building permit. • Water permit operative with the final Decision – water permit. or confirmation of acceptance of the relevant water permit application, • Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works 2 copies.
