Finland – Hire of construction and civil engineering machinery and equipment with operator – Kone- ja kuljetuskalusto 2027-2028 (optio 2029)

The City of Porvoo's Urban Development Department and Porvoo Vesi invite tenders for earth-moving machinery and transport equipment for the years 2027–2028, the procurement includes a possible option period from 2029, the decision on the use of the option period will be made at least 3 months before the end of the contract period. The tender request includes equipment with possible additional attachments and the provision of an operator for the employer's use on an hourly basis. Machinery and transport equipment can be offered for one (1) or more and may be targeted at different sub-sectors. All sub-sectors that can be offered are listed below. The procurement is divided into nine (9) sub-sectors according to machine types: 1. Tracked excavators (STAGE V) 2. Electric tracked excavators 3. Tracked excavators with long arm 4. Wheeled excavators (STAGE V) 5. Electric wheeled excavators 6. Wheeled excavators with long arm 7. Road sweepers (STAGE V) 8. Dump trucks (EURO VI) 9. Bulldozers (with blade) (STAGE V) A priority order will be formed for each sub-sector by machine class based on price.
