The subject of the order is the supply of various high-fidelity simulators for TCCC/TECC training for the medical training needs of the State Fire Service, according to the breakdown specified in section 6.3 of the SWZ. The subject of the order also includes conducting training for the employees/officials of the Purchaser on the operation and maintenance of the simulators, covering all functions and scenarios that can be realized with their help. The subject of the order must be executed within the scope and in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, in particular in annexes no. 1A and 1B to it entitled: "Description of the Subject of the Order" (hereinafter also referred to as "OPZ") and in accordance with the applicable regulations. Detailed requirements for the execution of the order are also specified in annex no. 7 to the SWZ entitled: "Draft Contract Terms" (hereinafter also referred to as "PPT"). The Purchaser requires that the contractor provide a warranty and guarantee (the guarantee period will be equal to the warranty period) amounting to: for part 1: at least 24 months from the date of acceptance of the subject of the order by the Purchaser and for part 2: at least 24 months from the date of acceptance of the subject of the order by the Purchaser. The detailed required warranty conditions are included in the PPT. Offers with a warranty period shorter than required by the Purchaser will be rejected as non-compliant with the SWZ requirements.
