The envisaged contract concerns the supply of repair links, which may be implemented in the event of extreme weather events causing damage to the electrical network. 2 links will be delivered as part of the envisaged contract (in 2027). It is planned to request the supply of modules and accessories allowing the installation of overhead emergency lines consisting of guyed masts with a total length of 2.5 kilometres in double bundle (conductor cable with a cross-section of 570 mm2) for each link, with each span having a minimum length of 250 metres. Additionally, the delivered materials must allow for the implementation of different line configurations (shorter lines, with a different number of anchor/suspension masts). RTE has also identified that the upstream industry is able to offer materials allowing the installation of emergency lines in triple bundle. Therefore, it is envisaged to request from the suppliers invited to participate in the consultation the submission of proposals relating to this solution. It should be noted that the envisaged services do not concern the supply of conductor cables and spacers.
