Delivery of medical equipment for the needs of „MBAH – Haskovo“ JSC, as part of the project „Overcoming Inequalities in the YCR in peripheral municipalities along the direction Haskovo-Harmanli-Svilengrad for transition to carbon-neutral, climate-resilient and socially-inclusive cities“, financed through the procedure for direct provision of grant financial assistance BG16FFPR003-2.002 „Support for integrated urban development in 40 municipal areas“ under Priority 2 „Integrated territorial development of regions“ of the Programme „Regional Development“ 2021-2027. The procedure includes two separate items:

Separate item № 1 – „Delivery of a 128-slice CT scanner for the needs of „MBAH - Haskovo“ JSC“, as part of the project „Overcoming Inequalities in the YCR in peripheral municipalities along the direction Haskovo-Harmanli-Svilengrad for transition to carbon-neutral, climate-resilient and socially-inclusive cities“, financed through the procedure for direct provision of grant financial assistance BG16FFPR003-2.002 „Support for integrated urban development in 40 municipal areas“ under Priority 2 „Integrated territorial development of regions“ of the Programme „Regional Development“ 2021-2027.

Separate item № 2 – „Delivery of 2 units of ultrasound machines for peripheral vascular diagnostics and for diagnostics of cardiovascular diseases for the needs of „MBAH - Haskovo“ JSC“, as part of the project „Overcoming Inequalities in the YCR in peripheral municipalities along the direction Haskovo-Harmanli-Svilengrad for transition to carbon-neutral, climate-resilient and socially-inclusive cities“, financed through the procedure for direct provision of grant financial assistance BG16FFPR003-2.002 „Support for integrated urban development in 40 municipal areas“ under Priority 2 „Integrated territorial development of regions“ of the Programme „Regional Development“ 2021-2027.

The subject of the public procurement includes the following activities: delivery, installation, installation and preliminary testing (applicable to separate item № 1 and separate item № 2); preparation of an investment project for the adaptation of the premises for the installation of the equipment in terms of Technological, Electrical, Radiation Protection and HVAC (applicable to separate item № 1); dismantling of the existing old equipment and its removal from the premises of the medical facility to a place indicated by the Principal (applicable to separate item № 1); assistance in preparing documents for obtaining a permit for installation from the Nuclear Regulatory Agency – NRA (applicable to separate item № 1); assistance in preparing full documentation for licensing the equipment, which the Principal submits to the NRA (applicable to separate item № 1); warranty service, including elimination of warranty defects and maintenance service - current support, maintenance, module replacement and equipment repairs (applicable to separate item № 1 and separate item № 2); training of personnel (applicable to separate item № 1 and separate item № 2).
