Germany – Canteen and catering services – "Ganztägliche Gemeinschaftsverpflegung von Asylbegehrenden und Betrieb einer Mitarbeiterkantine für den Standort Oldenburg der Landesaufnahmebehörde Niedersachsen (LAB NI)"

The contractor shall provide full-day catering for asylum seekers at the State Office for the Reception of Refugees in Lower Saxony, both on weekends and public holidays, and operate an employee canteen from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in Lower Saxony as well as Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve) and a vending machine at the Oldenburg site. The Oldenburg site is currently being used with a capacity of up to 681 accommodation places. The persons to be accommodated are people of the most diverse national and ethnic origin with the most varied cultural, religious and political orientations. Family units, single parents and single travelling women and men are to be accommodated. In addition, supply is to be ensured in the event of temporary overcrowding (temporary overcrowding by max. 5% for up to 2 weeks) and/or in special cases. In this case, the service will be billed according to the tender document. The Oldenburg site is well connected to the A 29 motorway. Individual services such as security services, medical care, social services and cleaning are provided by external contractors.
