Poland – Repair and maintenance services of security and defence materials – „Usługa – naprawa i wsparcie techniczne systemu do wykrywania i przeciwdziałania bezzałogowym statkom powietrznym SKYctrl w latach 2026 – 2029”.

1. The subject of the contract is the "Service – repair and technical support for the drone detection and counteraction system SKYctrl in the years 2026 – 2029", to be carried out in accordance with the contract documents. 2. The services that are the subject of the contract in the years 2027, 2028 and 2029 will be performed on the condition that the Contracting Authority receives by the end of December 2026, 2027 and 2028 respectively, a confirmation from the Logistics Authority of the allocation of funds for the respective budget year. The Contracting Authority, upon receipt of the confirmation of the availability of the financial resources mentioned above, will immediately notify the Contractor of the need to implement the scope of the Agreement provided for in 2027, 2028 and 2029 respectively. 4. Details regarding the subject of the contract and the criteria for evaluating offers will be included in the Specification of Contract Conditions, which, together with the description of the subject of the contract, will be provided to the Contractors invited to submit offers.
