The Atlantic Technicentre of the TGV activity wishes to carry out the complete replacement of 28 sanding posts, as well as the requalification of their sand supply networks. These installations have, for nearly forty years, performed the essential function of filling the bogies with sand to ensure the adhesion and braking safety of the TGV sets. All 29 sanders at Châtillon Bas concerned by the operation are divided into two functional areas: 28 sanders located in the middle of the platforms, of which: o 14 sanders supplied by the silos on the Paris side, o 14 sanders supplied by the silos on the Massy side. and 1 specific sanding post requires a particular adaptation related to the electrical and geometric constraints of the site. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ As part of the consultation, the consultation documents are made available to economic operators to inform them about the nature and extent of the need. At this stage, it is only requested that interested operators express their interest (RFI). We therefore ask you to send us via the EASI – Bravo solutions platform, the completed EXCEL file "JOUE response framework" as well as all the requested administrative documents. You will find in these documents, in particular, the External Consultation Regulation (REC) which sets out our requirements and the process associated with the file. It is only after the stage of analysis and selection of applications that the RFQ phase will be launched via the Easi platform and it will be necessary to submit an offer within the set deadline. A site visit will be scheduled in the RFQ phase.
