The subject of this procurement procedure is the repair of the existing lock gates for the inner and outer heads (Lot 6) as part of the overall project Modernisation and Maintenance of the Great Sealock Emden. The contracting authority reserves the right to waive the conduct of negotiations and award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders.
