Due to the increase in student numbers at the Werkrealschule in recent years, the current space requirements cannot be accommodated in the existing areas of the main and administrative building. Perspectively, a further increase is to be expected due to already implemented construction areas. In the past years, existing specialist rooms have been regularly converted, so that the necessary number of classrooms could be created. Additional space for classrooms and the required specialist rooms is to be created through an extension (Bauteil B.1). In addition, renovation and renovation measures are planned for the existing building (Bauteil B+C).
