Romania – Pick-ups – Autoutilitare pick-up 4x4

The contracting entity Delgaz Grid S.A. wishes to acquire 43 4x4 pick-up utility vehicles for the Delgaz Grid S.A. vehicle fleet. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP. Number of days within which requests for clarification can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. To the extent that requests for clarification or additional information have been submitted within the timeframe provided in the contract notice, the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline set in the contract notice for the submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 173(1) of Law No. 99/2016 and Article 29(3) of Government Decision No. 394/2016. The contracting entity is not obliged to respond to requests for clarification received after the specified deadline. All responses to requested clarifications will be available to any interested economic operator by accessing the "LIST OF CLARIFICATIONS, NOTIFICATIONS AND DECISIONS" section of the contract notice associated with this procedure through SEAP. If necessary, the contracting entity may modify the content of the award documents by issuing an amendment to the award documents. Modifications may be issued at any time before the deadline for receipt of tenders, but the contracting entity will, if necessary, allow a sufficient time interval for interested economic operators to prepare their tenders, by extending the deadline for receipt of these.
