FairNetz GmbH plans to install a wastewater heat pump and a large heat storage system as part of the project to decarbonise the Reutlingen district heating. To connect the large heat storage system to the generating plants, a district heating connecting line must be constructed on the FairNetz GmbH site. In addition, several power and telecommunications lines must be rerouted or newly laid on the site to connect the heat pump building and the pump building to the large heat storage system. As part of this tender, an office for project planning (service spectrum of civil engineering structures) according to § 43 HOAI (basic services of LPH 5 - 8 as well as certain special services) is to be sought.
