The Nonnweiler Reservoir Association plans to construct the Eiweiler Drinking Water Treatment Plant (TWA). Lot VE05 includes the services of the associated mechanical engineering + electrical, measurement, control and regulation engineering. The subject of this procurement procedure are all services for mechanical engineering + electrical, measurement, control and regulation engineering for the Eiweiler Drinking Water Treatment Plant (TWA). The content of the present invitation to tender (Lot 05) essentially consists of the technical equipment of the Drinking Water Treatment Plant with a treatment capacity of max. 800m³/h. The treatment is planned to be carried out by means of ultrafiltration membranes, subsequent limestone filtration and UV disinfection. The sludge treatment is carried out by means of a lamellar separator and belt filter. The services can be found in detail in the Schedule of Services (Annex A0), the documents under Annex B and the drawings under Annex C. The services for mechanical engineering + electrical, measurement, control and regulation engineering are advertised according to § 13 Abs. 1 SektVO in the negotiated procedure with a competitive dialogue (2-stage procedure). The procurement procedure is divided into several stages. Interested bidders or bidder groups initially participate in a competitive dialogue by submitting their application to participate with the additional documents and evidence mentioned therein. The bidders/bidder groups for whom no grounds for exclusion are found after checking the applications to participate and who meet all the eligibility requirements, reach the second stage of the procedure. They will be invited to submit their first offer and to participate in negotiations at a later date. Important: Offers are only to be submitted in the second stage of the procedure after a separate invitation. The following deadlines apply to the execution of the service: Partial commissioning with 400 m3/h drinking water supply: 28.02.2029 Completion of the plant with the full treatment quantity of 800 m3/h: 30.06.2029 Information on implementation and interim deadlines as well as on contract penalties can be found in the draft contract (Annex A26).
