Luxembourg – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Ligne de Bettembourg à Volmerange-les-mines. Travaux de construction d’un souterrain à proximité du passage à niveau 104a à Dudelange

The present contract concerns the construction of a pedestrian and cyclist underpass under the railway line connecting Bettembourg to Volmerange-les-Mines (France), near level crossing no. 104a at Dudelange. The works include, in particular: • preparatory works and site installations; • demolition of existing structures and facilities; • sheet piling and excavation works; • diversion of existing networks; • drainage systems and water management, including groundwater; • construction of the underpass; • construction of access ramps, staircases and lift shafts; • waterproofing works; • railway works; • locksmith equipment; • technical engineering installations; • safety and finishing equipment; • restoration of surroundings and landscaping. The works will be carried out near railway infrastructure in operation and must take into account operational constraints, railway safety and specific CFL prescriptions. The site is also located in an urban environment and in the immediate vicinity of a road axis.
