The Project concerns the Study, Funding, Construction, Maintenance and Operation of Student Residences, a Student Dining Hall, Educational Auditoriums and Cultural Spaces with SDIT. In summary, the IFS undertakes to: (a) prepare the studies necessary for the construction of the Project, based on the current environmental conditions, as these will be formulated after the completion of the Dialogue and before the signing of the Partnership Agreement (Article 22 of Law 3389, Government Gazette A' 232) and to ensure the timely issuance, review and maintenance in force of all the permits and approvals required for both the construction and the installation, operation and maintenance of the Project in accordance with the provisions and the specific terms set out in the Partnership Agreement, (b) the construction works of the building infrastructure and the renovation and shaping of the surrounding space of these, so that the above infrastructure and spaces are fully operational and available for use and exploitation for the purpose for which they are intended, (c) to carry out the Technical Work fully, in advance and properly, in accordance with the rules of the science and the art and according to the highest professional and quality standards, (d) to fund the Project with own and/or loan capital, (e) the technical management throughout the duration of the Partnership Agreement, which consists, in particular, of the inspection, the regular, the preventive and the corrective maintenance, the heavy maintenance, the daily technical operation and supervision for the readiness and capability for operation of the installations and systems of the building infrastructure and the surrounding space of these, so that the Project is absolutely suitable and available, as the above will be specified in the tender documents of the proposed Partnership, (f) the insurance of the building and other installations and systems of the infrastructure that constitute the subject of the Partnership Agreement, both during the study and construction phase, and during the operation phase, (g) to ensure the safeguarding and cleanliness of the building and other installations and systems of the infrastructure that will constitute the subject of the Partnership during the operation phase and throughout the duration of the Partnership Agreement, as these will be analytically determined in the 2nd Phase of the Competition with the reservation of the provisions of the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data and personal data of the members of the educational community, and (h) to return the Project to the Awarding Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Partnership Agreement at the end of the Contractual Period.
