The subject of the contract is the implementation of an electronic document circulation system (EOD) to develop data analytics and digitalise processes at the Academy of Military Arts in accordance with the requirements specified in the Contract Specification 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: 1) Description of the subject of the contract – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ; 2) Draft contract clauses – Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. 3. Documents should be read along with the changes to the SWZ, which may result from the responses to the questions of potential contractors. 4. Rules for providing a pre-implementation analysis. The pre-implementation analysis cannot be made available in an unrestricted manner, as it contains sensitive data from the perspective of the Contracting Authority. The document includes detailed information about the environment, processes, configuration, and organisational and technical conditions of the Contracting Authority, the disclosure of which could violate information security principles or the interests of the Contracting Authority. In this regard, the Contractor interested in obtaining the pre-implementation analysis is obliged to contact the Contracting Authority with a request for its provision. The pre-implementation analysis is provided after the prior conclusion of a confidentiality agreement. The template for the confidentiality agreement is Annex No. 12 to the SWZ.
