Greece – Advertising and marketing services – Έγκριση διενέργειας διαγωνισμού άνω των ορίων για την Παροχή Υπηρεσιών Υλοποίησης της Πράξης EpirusMedEye (MIS 6010984) «Enhancing Healthcare Access in Municipality of Dropull through Greece-Albania Cooperation Background» του Προγράμματος «Interreg VI-A IPA Greece Albania» Συνολικού Προϋπολογισμού: €320.886,00 (συμπ. ΦΠΑ) σε 2 τμηματα

The subject of the contract is the provision of specialised support services to the ESF Operational Structure of the Ministry of Health for the implementation of specific deliverables of the Action «EpirusMedEye», which fall within the responsibilities and obligations undertaken by the Service within the framework of its participation in the said Action. The services to be procured relate, on the one hand, to communication, publicity and event organisation actions and, on the other hand, to technical support, training and evaluation of telemedicine services, and are structured into two (2) sections. Specifically, the contract includes the support of the Service for the implementation of the following deliverables of the Action «EpirusMedEye», as these are analytically described and specified as to the physical subject matter in Annex I. The duration of the Contract (and each section thereof) is defined from the date of signature until 12/10/2027 according to the Technical Specifications of the Work and the schedule of services/deliverables is defined in Annex I. In case of an extension of the implementation period of the Action «EpirusMedEye» (MIS 6010984) by the competent bodies of the Interreg VI-A IPA Greece–Albania 2021–2027 Programme, the Awarding Authority may unilaterally amend the contract as to its duration and the implementation schedule of its subject matter. The duration of the contract is extended for a period equal to the approved extension of the Action and up to 31/12/2029 at the latest, while the deadlines for the execution of the individual services and the submission of the deliverables are adjusted accordingly, without any increase in the financial subject matter and in accordance with the provisions of Annex I. The tenderers may submit a tender for one or both Sections. The evaluation and award are carried out independently per Section. Alternative tenders are not allowed. The submitted tenders are valid and bind the economic operators for a period of six (6) months from the day following the date of the tendering procedure.
