Netherlands – Highway maintenance work – Gebiedscontract Midden-Noord 2026-2032

The current maintenance contract for area 2+3 (Midden-Noord) expires on 31 March 2027 and cannot be extended. Therefore, a tender for a new maintenance contract for the Midden-Noord area 2026-2032 is necessary, covering daily management and routine maintenance. The variable maintenance, including programming, may also be included in the new maintenance contract. The province of Noord-Holland carries out the routine and variable maintenance of its infrastructure largely through integrated area contracts. This contract type has contributed to efficient and coherent execution of maintenance activities within defined management areas in recent years. At the same time, the province notes that maintenance of the area increasingly requires specialist knowledge, risk-based custom work, and targeted use of market knowledge and innovative capacity.
