Purchase, delivery, installation and configuration of an external LED screen, including commissioning at the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław

The scope of the order includes the execution of construction works, as well as the delivery, installation, configuration, integration and commissioning of the technical systems necessary for the modernisation of the stadium infrastructure, including the execution of preparatory and design works, dismantling works, necessary installations, conducting tests, trials and measurements, preparing as-built documentation and training the staff of the Purchaser. The detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the Subject of the Order Description (OPZ), which is the documentation for the subject matter of the task together with the scope of the works, being an annex to the Specification of the Conditions of the Order (SWZ). The order is of a mixed nature and consists of supplies, services and construction works. The contractor is obliged to develop and submit to the Purchaser a physical-financial schedule for the implementation of the subject of the order within 10 days from the date of the conclusion of the contract. The schedule is subject to the acceptance of the Purchaser. The schedule should include the division of works into stages along with the assignment of financial values and their implementation deadlines. Payments will be made in accordance with the approved schedule, on the basis of partial invoices and a final invoice. The Purchaser will ensure investment supervision over the implementation of the subject of the order through the appointed investment supervision inspectors, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 – Building Law. All work acceptances, including partial acceptances and final acceptance, will be carried out with the participation of the competent investment supervision inspectors, and the acceptance protocols will require the signature of the representative of the Purchaser and the competent investment supervision inspector.
