France – Toys – ACQUISITION DE JEUX ET JOUETS

The present contracts concern the acquisition of games and toys for children and adolescents aged 0 to 17. The consultation is organised by the city of Levallois, coordinator of the purchasing group set up with the Caisse des Écoles de Levallois. The present contracts are subject to the provisions of the Public Procurement Code. This document is referred to by the terms "the Code" throughout the tender documents. Classified as supply contracts, they are subject to the provisions of the CCAG "Supplies and Services" approved by Decree of 30 March 2021. They are awarded according to the open tender procedure, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-1 to 5 of the Code. They constitute framework agreements with purchase orders, subject to the provisions of Articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code. Each of the contracts will be awarded to a single contractor for a maximum period of four years, including renewals. As this is an open procedure, the maximum number of participants is not limited. The maximum value of the contracts is set at 2 540 000 EUR ex VAT for the total duration of the contracts, including renewals, with no minimum amount.
