Description

The subject of the procurement includes the upgrade and expansion of the existing video surveillance system at Split Airport. The expansion of the video surveillance system relates to the following elements:

- Expansion of the video surveillance protection system

- Expansion of the perimeter protection system with video cameras with advanced detection and video analytics

- Integration of system components with the existing video surveillance system (HikCentral)

- Expansion of the computer network to support additional video surveillance elements

- Integration of all network devices into the existing local network management and monitoring system (Cisco ISE, Broadcom PAM, Centreon, F5 APM)

Since video surveillance equipment from the manufacturer Hikvision, along with network equipment from the manufacturer Cisco, is already installed at Split Airport, and the subject project is being carried out with the aim of upgrading and expanding the existing video surveillance system, all equipment and works must be carried out in a manner that ensures full compatibility with the existing equipment and systems. New video surveillance system elements must be integrated with the central monitoring and control application HikCentral. Structured cabling for the video surveillance system must be carried out separately and integrated into the technical protection network. The central control equipment of the technical protection system must be placed in the existing communication cabinet in the server room. Communication devices, i.e. switches, are placed in the appropriate communication cabinets according to the drawing and the arrangement of cabinets and equipment. Power supply to all systems is ensured through existing uninterruptible power supply devices, with all cameras to be powered via communication cable – PoE (Power over Ethernet). The contractor ensures power supply to each communication cabinet with network equipment. The existing and future video surveillance system is implemented using IP connection technology. At certain positions, the installation of analytical cameras with advanced motion detection and AI functionalities is planned, which, in combination with the planned recorders that also support AI functionalities, will significantly contribute to the efficiency of the system's operation. In addition to covering certain areas, spaces, and objects with fixed cameras, mobile PTZ cameras will be used as a supplement at certain locations. Mobile cameras outside the building are intended to cover larger areas that may be of particular interest for additional verification by authorized persons. The contractor has a communication system based on equipment from the manufacturer Cisco. As part of this tender, it is necessary to carry out the delivery and installation of network equipment, as well as to make changes to the configuration and operation of the subject systems. The contractor has a system for monitoring and controlling network access CISCO ISE, and it is necessary to configure and connect all elements of the delivered equipment that connect to the local network with the system CISCO ISE. All works are carried out on equipment and systems that are part of the contractor's critical infrastructure and are key to the regular performance of its activities.
