Germany – Building construction work – Teilnahmewettbewerb: Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses in Emlichheim

The Samtgemeinde Emlichheim plans to have a new fire station for the local fire department in Emlichheim constructed as part of an overall award of planning and construction services by a private partner. The scope of services includes planning, construction, interim and final financing, as well as the provision of maintenance and adjustment services within the extended warranty periods. The services will be awarded as a comprehensive contract to a main contractor (based on a PPP concession model) through a negotiated procedure with a call for competition.
