Within the scope of the contract, the service provider will prepare a design of energy-saving measures. The implementation of energy-saving measures within the meaning of this contract includes the following tasks:

• preparation of project documentation and ensuring other activities for obtaining building permits for the implementation of savings measures, if necessary according to the bidder's offer with regard to the proposed measures and if not provided by the contracting authority,

• all engineering activities, in particular handling the formalities related to obtaining a building permit,

• preparation of implementation project documentation for the implementation of savings measures,

• supply and installation of the designed savings measures "turnkey",

• energy management (services including continuous monitoring and evaluation of achieved energy savings) for the duration of the contractual relationship, including control of the installed equipment.
