We are looking for one (1) supplier who can provide us with the following from 1 September 2026 (expected contract start date): The contract concerns service provision around the technical infrastructure of the data warehouse and additional service provision. The following tasks are part of the contract: Setting up an application landing zone within the BVO tenant, consisting of development, acceptance, and production environments (including code repositories and CI/CD release mechanisms) with: The cloud data warehouse must meet security requirements that are at least in line with current laws and regulations (including AVG/GDPR) and relevant security standards, suitable for the critical risk classification (data impact weighting = very high/critical x service criticality = high). Performance is adequate, so that the setup and available resources in the landing zone do not have a noticeable negative impact on performance. ETL processes and reports are completed within acceptable waiting times. This application landing zone must be maximally transferable upon completion or termination of the contract (no lock-in with the IT partner) to another IT partner and will run on the BVO NL environment itself. This requires documentation, infrastructure as code, and a clear exit strategy. Adequate technical management of the application landing zone within the BVO tenant and the associated resources by the supplier. Here, functional management (consisting of managing data pipelines, ETL, databases, and reports) will be carried out by BVO NL itself. Other management falls within the scope of the contract, including the DevOps environment including the deployment pipelines. Development: In a partnership (proactively) advise on future expansions/changes and subsequently carry out these project-based when innovating, new needs, and growth. For the application landing zone that the supplier sets up in the BVO NL tenant, Azure resources are needed. These are taken separately by BVO outside this tender (in the software broker agreement or via the Tenant Manager). The way of setting up (also in the management phase) and the choice of subscription form is determining for the amount of the costs. Cost control and cost management of the resources from the cloud (currently Azure) and advising on a cost-efficient setup and subscription form are therefore part of this contract. On request, advise on the setup (e.g. around performance optimization) of pipelines, ETL, database.
