The procedure is for the award of laboratory services for BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH. Services include sampling, laboratory analytical examinations and waste declaration for soil material, mineral waste, components, aggregates and liquids (including groundwater) in the Berlin city area. The services are for the expert characterisation and classification of materials in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and administrative enforcement guidelines. The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement for the performance of these services for BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH. Initial term of the framework agreement 2 years: estimated contract value 3.1 million €. Option period 2*2 years unilateral extension, estimated contract value +6.6 million €. Sampling takes place on a project- and measure-specific basis at varying locations. The basis for execution is the specifications of this service description (LB), the associated test plans, the schedule of services (LV) and all the standards mentioned in the tender documents. The aim is the rule-compliant, representative and transparent collection, examination and evaluation of materials, including the assessment in accordance with the respective valid legal requirements (e.g. EBV, DepV, LAGA, BRME, enforcement guidelines) and the creation of a proposal for waste classification (AVV-Code). These services form the basis for the disposal and recycling routes of BEW. The estimated volume of services results from the LV and includes all sampling, preparation, laboratory analytical and evaluation services described therein. The prices must include all necessary costs to fulfil the LB, including sample preparation, eluate production, evidence and the creation of complete test reports. The contracting authority reserves the right to have additional testing services priced subsequently and added to the scope of services.
