Design and implementation through competitive dialogue under Articles R.2124-5 and R.2124-3 3° of the Public Procurement Code for selective demolition and asbestos removal of an existing building, and reconstruction in its place of: - 21 social housing units for Angers Loire habitat - 21 social access housing units for Angers Loire habitat - 850 m² of tertiary premises for Angers Loire habitat - 55 access to property housing units for ARC Promotion Ouest - bicycle and car parking The contracting authority is Angers Loire habitat.
