France – Construction work for communication lines – REALISATION D'ETUDES ET DE TRAVAUX DE VIE DU RESEAU POUR DES INFRASTRUCTURES DE COMMUNICATIONS ELECTRONIQUES

- The completion of preparatory studies for operations, notably for the extension, reinforcement, diversion, desaturation, and removal of the network. These studies will be based on the files of completed works held by Charente numérique, and on any other description of network works recorded in the network reference database used by LFNA.

- The construction of works and the operations to be implemented for the realisation of operations, notably for the extension of the network, reinforcement, diversion of the network, desaturation, and removal of works.

- The delivery of the final technical documentation (DOE), fully qualifying the works carried out under the present contract, and providing all the information necessary for the delegate to operate and market these works.

- The handling of connection failures, notably those attributable to civil engineering blockages in the supply or the absence of supply infrastructure on the segment between the optical branch point and the optical termination point (e.g. new buildings outside developments).

- The preventive and curative maintenance of all broadband upgrade infrastructures transferred by the SDEG 16.

- Safety measures in the event of an incident, accident or serious weather event.
