Poland – Security services – Usługa ochrony osób i mienia Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Lublinie

The subject of the contract is the provision of the security service for the persons and property of the Medical University of Lublin (hereinafter also referred to as the "security service" or the "subject of the contract"). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the following documents:

1.1. Annex No. 1 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the contract

1.2. Annex No. 1A to the SWZ entitled: "Description of the method of providing the security service for persons and property in individual facilities, including the obligations of employees".

2. Detailed requirements regarding the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement based on an employment contract have been specified in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.

3. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act, up to 50% of the value of the base contract.

4. Requirements regarding the employment by the contractor or subcontractor of persons based on an employment contract: 4.1. Requirements related to the implementation of the contract regarding the employment by the contractor or subcontractor of persons based on an employment contract performing the activities indicated by the contracting authority in the implementation of the contract, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code. This requirement applies to employees performing activities, including in particular: - performing the function of a security officer, cloakroom attendant, parking attendant, - performing the function of a member of the intervention group, - contact with the contracting authority's employees authorized to cooperate at the stage of contract implementation.
