• the delivery and implementation of the financial system, including installation, configuration, testing, acceptance, and commissioning based on a site license;

• the migration of relevant data from the current financial system to the new solution;

• the realization and implementation of necessary interfaces with other applications within the municipal application landscape;

• the provision of training and user support during the implementation;

• the training and maintenance of functional administrators with regard to the management and application of the solution during the contract period;

• the provision of maintenance, support, and further development during the contract period.

The contractor is responsible for a careful implementation and a stable commissioning of the system, so that the organisation can carry out its activities without interruption.
