France – Repair and maintenance services of machinery – PRESTATIONS DE MAINTENANCE DES PORTIQUES ET TUNNELS DE LAVAGE DE LA REGIE DES TRANSPORTS METROPOLITAINS ET LA FOURNITURE DE PIECES DETACHEES ASSOCIEES (3 LOTS)

This consultation concerns maintenance services for the RTM's washing portals and tunnels and the supply of associated spare parts (3 lots). The consultation is divided into 3 lots as follows:

- Lot No. 1 - Maintenance of washing portals and tunnels for Neu and Lavaggi brand metros and trams.

- Lot No. 2 - Maintenance of Lavance and Istobal brand washing portals and tunnels.

- Lot No. 3 - Maintenance of Montanier brand washing portals and tunnels.

The services to be carried out are described and executed in accordance with the provisions of the CCP and its annexes, which are common to all lots. These are framework agreements within the meaning of Articles L2125-1.1° and R2162-2 and following of the Code. Each framework agreement is concluded with a single economic operator and executed:

- in part by the issuance of purchase orders, for the services described in the contractual documents (under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code);

- and in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts for needs for which all the contractual stipulations are not fixed in the documents of the framework agreement (in accordance with Articles R2162-7, R2162-11 and R2162-12 of the Code).

In accordance with Article R2162-4 of the Code, each framework agreement is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount of:

- Lot No. 1: 500,000 euros HT for its initial duration, i.e. two years.

- Lot No. 2: 600,000 euros HT for its initial duration, i.e. two years.

- Lot No. 3: 350,000 euros HT for its initial duration, i.e. two years.

For each renewal period, the maximum amount of each of the lots is identical.

The public contracts are framework agreements for services. They refer to the General Administrative Provisions Applicable to Public Contracts for Supplies and Services (CCAG/FCS), approved by the Decree of 30 March 2021.
