Restructuring of CAP 44 (concrete structure from 1895) with partial demolition and extension for the reception of the Cité des imaginaires. The building will accommodate the renewed Jules Verne Museum, a temporary exhibition space, a media library, mediation and dissemination spaces and a café-restaurant. Floor area: 7 670 m². The works are divided into 15 lots. The present consultation concerns only the following lots: Lot 1 Macro lot structure / Lot 2 Wood structure - FOB (Wood Frame Facade) - MEX BOIS (Wood Exterior Joinery) - Lot 4 Metal facade / Lot 5 Exterior joinery / Lot 8 Interior joinery / Lot 12 Electrical works / Lot 13 Heating - Ventilation Air Conditioning - Plumbing. The other lots are the subject of a separate consultation, launched under a negotiated procedure.
