France – Surface work for roads – Divers travaux de terrassement, chaussées, assainissement sur les routes départementales de l'Agence Routière Centre

Framework agreement for various earthworks, roadworks and drainage works on the departmental roads of the Agence Routière Centre. The framework agreement includes a mandatory clause for the integration of disadvantaged groups and environmental elements in the execution conditions. This is a single supplier framework agreement with purchase orders, with a minimum annual amount of 500 000,00 euros, excluding tax, and a maximum annual amount of 3 000 000,00 euros, excluding tax, in accordance with article R2162-4 paragraph 2 of the Code de la commande publique.
