HUS Kiinteistöt Oy is tendering for fixed medical equipment for the Myllypuro health and wellbeing centre project, in accordance with the invitation to tender and its documents. The City of Helsinki is constructing an extension to the Myllypuro health and wellbeing centre. The extension will be connected to the western end of the existing health and wellbeing centre, and the new section will be built over the northern entrance to Myllypuro. The metro ticket hall will be demolished and rebuilt, while the platform level will remain the same. The current maintenance operations in the Myllypuro health and wellbeing centre will be moved to the new facilities in the extension. The floor area of the extension is approximately 8 700 m2. The site address is Jauhokuja 4, 00920 Helsinki. The procurement programme targets the separate procurements (REH) of the contractor for the maintenance of the Myllypuro health and wellbeing centre: Fixed medical equipment (KSL), Procurement lot KSL 1. Procurement lot KSL 1 is divided into four (4) sub-areas, focusing on maintenance equipment. The procurement sub-area is purchased from one supplier. The supplier may offer one or more different procurement sub-areas.
