The subject of the contract is the provision of a home-delivered meals service. This service complements the home care services of the Ayuntamiento de Terrassa and consists of the prior preparation and delivery to the user's home of balanced and healthy meals intended for persons with permanent or temporary difficulties in preparing their own food, whether due to mobility or autonomy issues. The meals must be adapted to their needs and provided under adequate conditions of quality and hygiene.
