The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The present framework agreement aims to provide services for the maintenance of green areas located along departmental roads and greenways in the Department of Hérault. The services include, in particular, mowing, hoeing and manual weeding, watering and fertilizing plants, pruning, maintaining protective and support devices, as well as collecting, sorting and removing waste. In accordance with Articles L. 2113-14 of the Public Procurement Code, the present consultation is reserved for structures in the sheltered and adapted sector mentioned in Article L. 5213-13 of the Labour Code, for establishments and services for support through work mentioned in Article L. 344-2 of the Social and Family Action Code, as well as for equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion, set by regulation, of disabled workers who, due to the nature or severity of their disabilities, cannot exercise a professional activity under normal conditions, and for structures for economic integration through activity, mentioned in Article L. 5132-4 of the Labour Code and for equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion, set by regulation, of disadvantaged workers.
