France – Construction work for buildings relating to railway transport – Marché Bâtiment du SMR T13 Phase 2

The services of the BAT contract cover the roofing work for line 26 of the extension project for the T13 Maintenance and Stabling Site at Versailles Matelots for the entire duration of the site. The present contract includes, in particular, the following services: • The implementation of foundations and the pit • The removal of the external cladding of the south facade of the existing building. • The reinforcement of the metal framework of the existing building. • The metal framework • The wooden framework • The pre-cast concrete facade • The roofing • The facades • The metalwork including walkways and counter walkways and filling gaps and sheep pen • The painting • The low-voltage electrical systems • The low-voltage electrical systems • The compressed air network • The lighting • The supply and installation of a lifting table • All studies, supplies and checks as well as all the tests necessary for the works cited above. The works must minimise the impact on the operation of the Maintenance and Stabling Site, while ensuring the safety of persons and the various accesses to shops, residents, industries, public and private equipment, .... The maintenance of the circulation of the site operator's staff and equipment must also be taken into account in the implementation and phasing of the works.
