Hungary – Repair and maintenance services of water meters – Bekötési vízmérők cseréje 3 részben

The successful tenderer's task is to replace expired or soon-to-expire domestic DN15 diameter meters under a framework agreement, in three parts, in the following quantities:

1. Part - Upper Tisza Main Office: 2000 units

2. Part - Hortobágy Main Office: 5000 units

3. Part - Middle Tisza Main Office: 6000 units

The specified quantities are indicative quantities. The indicative/estimated quantity may deviate from the quantities ordered under the contract. The tenderer must submit their tender with knowledge of the above. The contracting authority further informs the tenderers that the specified quantity was provided for information purposes only, orders will be placed based on the needs of the contracting authority, and invoicing will be based on the actual quantity involved in completion. The framework agreement to be concluded will fix the winning unit price, based on which the individual orders will be accounted for and ordered under the framework agreement to be concluded. The activity is subject to licensing, the subject matter procurement process and the implementation of the contract will be carried out based on the VSFO /288-2/2026 file number small-scale management permit issued by the Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Office (MEKH). The subject matter activity is economically justified to be carried out within the framework of small-scale management. The content of the contract draft, which is part of the procurement documents, complies with the provisions of the permit. The contract for the performance of the small-scale managed activity can only be concluded with an organization that manages the national assets transparently in accordance with the law on national assets. The annual fee amount, above which the activity is not small-scale manageable in the first year of small-scale management: 272,363,536 Ft + VAT.
