Description

Creation of a dynamic procurement system (DPR) for the procurement of consumables related to CT, through a framework agreement. The total estimated quantity to be ordered during the duration of the DPR (48 months) is 92 604 units. The detailed planned quantity data is contained in the procurement documents. The invitation to tender allows for a quantitative deviation of +50% per year. The Invitation to tender intends to conclude 12-month contracts during the DPR period, but reserves the right to conclude contracts with a longer or shorter duration. The Invitation to tender, pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act, reserves the possibility to determine the possibilities for submitting partial tenders in the invitation to tender, simultaneously with the sending of the invitation to tender, for the specific procurement needs contained therein – depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific procurements. (Public Procurement Authority Council Guidelines on Dynamic Procurement Systems (October 07, 2025) The highest planned contract value to be concluded in the dynamic procurement system is Category 1: net 31 379 000,- Ft/year, the highest planned contract value is 6 960 000,- Ft. All applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be admitted to the DPR, the number of applicants to be invited to tender will not be limited. The Invitation to tender, pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act, will provide the precise technical description and contractual conditions for the specific procurements to be implemented in the system, simultaneously with the sending of the invitation to tender(s).
