The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the maintenance and development of the Telecommunications Information Point System. The basic contract includes: 1) System Maintenance Service; 2) PRL Application Creation Service; 3) Service for the execution of Orders up to 100 man-hours. The contract under the right of option: The Contracting Authority reserves the right to use the option right under art. 441 of the Act. The contract under the right of option includes: 1) System Maintenance Service; 2) CBO Migration and Expansion Service; 3) PIT Mapping Portal Creation Service; 4) PIT API Expansion Service; 5) Service for the execution of Orders up to a maximum of 1000 man-hours. The Contracting Authority's use of the option right is its sole right and depends on the needs of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to implement the contract under the Option Right, in part, and to commission only part of it, depending on the needs and financial resources of the Contracting Authority. In the event that the Contracting Authority does not use the option right in full, the Contractor will only be entitled to remuneration to the extent indicated by the Contracting Authority in the declaration of use of the option right. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to implement the contract under the option right for the entire period of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex no. 1 to the Contract Project and Annex no. 5 to the SWZ - Contract Project. Pursuant to art. 257 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of invalidating the procedure for awarding the contract if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract are not granted to it. Contract execution period: up to 18 months from the date of signing the contract, including: 1) basic contract up to 6 months from the date of signing the contract but no later than 31.03.2027, 2) option right contract up to 18 months from the date of signing the contract but no later than 31.03.2028.
