External rental of teaching staff (lot 1) and supporting and management staff (lot 2) and ICT specialists (lot 3) on a project basis or as temporary support, without an employment contract being established between Nova College and the respective candidates. Nova College is looking for partners who can realise the recruitment, matching and placement of candidates on its behalf. Due to the tightened enforcement of the Wet DBA and the developments surrounding the use of self-employed individuals without personnel, it is currently unclear to what extent the future personnel needs will be met via zzp-constructies or other forms of flexible work, such as temporary or detachment constructions. Nevertheless, Nova College expects that turnover will increase in the coming years. The financial volume for the past period from January 2023 for lot 1 was 2.4 million Euro including VAT. For lot 2, the financial volume for the past period from January 2023 was €600,000 Euro including VAT. For the 3rd lot, the financial volume for the last 2 years was 1.7 million Euro including VAT. No rights can be derived from the mentioned amounts for the future.
