The M26 started as an interim use at the entrance to the city of Regensburg and has since established itself as a permanent cultural venue at Maximilianstraße 26. The M26 sees itself as a space for art, culture and society and as a caring third place for the community. A management concept is sought for the continuation of the M26 model project (administration and organisation, community management, communication and public relations) in cooperation with the overall project management at the Cultural Office from January 2027 to December 2030.
