The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The present contract concerns the preventive and curative maintenance of the refrigeration systems of the ice rink, the contractor of the present contract will be responsible for keeping the cold production systems in service. The contractor's maintenance service must be reachable 24/7. The contractor undertakes, for the entire duration of the contract, to provide the services and ensure the continuity of service and management of the elements of the present contract, in accordance with the provisions of the CCTP.
