Romania – Vegetables, fruits and nuts – Furnizare Legume Fructe

The supply of Vegetables and Fruits - which is the subject of the present open tender initiative - is necessary to ensure the maintenance of cleanliness in the centres under the authority of DGASPC Tulcea. The contracting authority will finalise the simplified procedure by concluding a framework agreement with a single economic operator for a period of 12 months, following which, upon the conclusion of subsequent contracts, competition will not be reopened. Tenderers will take into account the supplementation of the maximum estimated quantity by up to 50% of the value of the initial contract, depending on the requests of the beneficiaries and the available funds. art. 221, para. 1, lit. b, Dir. 98/2016. Given the restructuring plans, tenderers will take into account the completion of the lists of centres with newly accredited centres! The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 15 days.
