Sweden – Construction structures and materials; auxiliary products to construction (except electric apparatus) – Avfallskärl för fastighetsnära insamling 2026

The procurement concerns waste bins and product-related services for property-proximate collection for entitled customers (procuring authorities, municipalities and municipal companies, hereinafter referred to as UM) throughout Sweden. The procurement is divided into four tender areas: Tender Area 1 Single-compartment bins Tender Area 2 Two-compartment bins with central-hung lids Tender Area 3 Two-compartment bins with side-hung lids Tender Area 4 Two-compartment bins and four-compartment bins with inserts The purpose of the framework agreement is to meet UM's needs to be able to procure goods related to bins for property-proximate collection in an effective and purposeful manner. The framework agreement further aims to provide a quality-assured, standardised and cost-effective range that meets applicable legislation, relevant industry standards and occupational health and safety requirements and is compatible with Swedish collection systems. The goal is to ensure high product quality and long service life, promote a circular economy through a high proportion of recycled material and offer a competitive framework agreement with a flexible procurement model. Adda intends to enter into a framework agreement with a maximum of three (3) suppliers per contract area. Each contract area is evaluated and awarded separately.
