In this context, the IGIL and the City of Liège offer the present concession to private operators for: - the construction and equipping by the Concessionaire at its own expense of fast electric charging stations, including access from the roadway - the full operation: management, maintenance, customer services, payment, etc. - the payment by the Concessionaire to the Granting Authority of royalties (fixed part + variable according to turnover) The stations must be equipped with a shelter or a small waiting building for customers coming to charge their vehicles and to offer additional and/or non-existent services (example: sanitary facilities, food dispensers, etc.).
