The City of Oulu invites tenders for the procurement of passenger counting devices and related installation, maintenance, and support services for Oulun seudun liikenteen. The subject of the procurement is the supply of passenger counting devices to be installed in the public transport fleet of Oulun seudun liikenteen (OSL), as well as related installation, maintenance, support, and reporting services. The procurement includes the collection, transfer, and reporting of passenger data to the client in accordance with the tender documents and contract documents. The aim is to produce reliable passenger data to support the planning, monitoring, and development of public transport. In the first phase of the procurement, passenger counting devices will be installed in 40 units of Oulun seudun liikenteen's three-door BYD-brand electric buses. The client may, during the contract period, expand the use of the system to other equipment in accordance with the tender and contract terms.
