France – Helpdesk and support services – Accord-cadre d'assistance informatique

This consultation aims to select the contractor for the framework agreement for IT support services. The services to be provided by the contractor cover the following areas: - User assistance and support: - On-site interventions - Management of a continuous improvement process (governance, reporting, maintenance and improvement of a knowledge base) The full details of the services are set out in the CCTP. This is a single-operator framework agreement, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 3 000 000,00 euros (excl VAT) for the entire duration of the framework agreement (including renewals), in accordance with Article R. 2162-4 2° of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement will be executed as and when purchase orders are issued in accordance with Article R. 2162-2, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Code.
