Spain – Building completion work – OBRAS DE REMODELACIÓN Y ADECUACIÓN DEL EDIFICIO CUB COMO EDIFICIO DE INVESTIGACIÓN NO EXPERIMENTAL PARA EL PARC CIENTÍFIC DE BARCELONA

The subject of this contract is the execution of the renovation and adaptation works of Building CUB as a non-experimental research building at the Parc Científic de Barcelona, which are included in the duly approved project and the accompanying tender documentation. Thus, the execution of the works will be carried out in accordance with the approved technical project, with the aim of delivering the building completely finished, equipped and in full operational and occupancy conditions, in accordance with the established technical and functional specifications. These works are essential for the installation of an important research centre, which imposes on the Fundació Parc Científic de Barcelona the obligation to have the works completed before 31 December 2027.
