Netherlands – Primary school construction work – Nieuwbouw kindcentrum te Dinteloord

New construction of a childcare centre in Dinteloord. The project consists of the following phases: Phase 1: Developing the new construction: finalising the execution-ready design. Phase 2: Realising the new construction – including procurement/construction preparation. Phase 3: Technical management and maintenance of the new construction and delivery of energy performance. A requirements programme and a preliminary design have been drawn up for the new building. Upon publication of the tendering guide, the final design will be shared.
