Poland – Software package and information systems – Dostawa subskrypcji oprogramowania standardowego na okres 12 miesięcy

The subject of the contract is the supply of a subscription for standard software for a period of 12 months in the following maximum quantities: 1) 430 units of license - office software package "Microsoft 365 E5 EEA" or equivalent; 2) 430 units of license - software package "Microsoft Teams EEA" or equivalent; 3) 150 units of license - "Microsoft 365 Copilot" or equivalent; 4) 85 units of license - server protection software package "Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for Servers" or equivalent. The criteria for equivalence have been indicated in the contract subject description constituting Annex 3 to SWZ. 2. The detailed scope of the contract subject and the obligations of the Contractor have been defined in: 1) the contract subject description constituting Annex 3 to SWZ 2) the draft contract terms constituting Annex 2 to SWZ. 3.
